Machine overview

1). Full-auto glass loading machine is machine takes one piece of glass from racks, flip to horizontal countertop, which can be transported glass to next processing machine(Such as glass cutting machine.

2). Vacuum system uses well-known brand of vacuum pump, greatly improving the safety and stability of the whole system; the mainframe driven by the motor in the dual-track movement, the main frame arm with sucker arm, each arm has three suckers Tune. When the suction cup touches the original piece glass on the glass frame, the vacuum pump starts to work, the sucker produces a vacuum to suck the glass, and when the vacuum reaches the set value, the flip arm is lifted and turned to Horizontal position, exhaust, the glass will be transported to the X-axis end and positioning, waiting to convey to the cutting machine. The entire operation process is controlled by PLC.

Technical Description

3). Suction depth: a special connecting rod telescopic mechanism, sucker can be extended by 300mm, to meet the depth of 700mm on the film, without any auxiliary frame, can be directly from the iron frame on the film operations.

4). Induction device: the use of two sets of glass photoelectric sensor (a set, a set of spare), can effectively eliminate the failure caused by induction failure. Equipment operation more secure stable and reliable.

5). Lifting device: Unique connecting rod lifting device, to ensure that the lifting action synchronized, put an end to the lifting of the steps are not synchronized defects. Can guarantee the safety of glass fragments.

6). Adsorption device: Sucker adopts advanced double-layer adsorption structure (inside and outside the two layers), suction film is more solid, put an end to the suction cup outer layer of the leakage caused by leakage.
