A. Working principle and structural features:

1. This product is used for grinding flat glass, including rough grinding, fine grinding, upper chamfering, lower chamfering, upper chamfering polishing, lower chamfering polishing, and flat edge polishing at one time. The grinding head motor base slides using double linear guide rails and double ball screw drive to achieve a stable moving speed, eliminate moving gaps, reduce resistance and wear, ensure repeated positioning , and set processing parameters in one go .

2. This equipment has a solid structure, precise and smooth transmission system, advanced control system and powerful processing capabilities. It is suitable for processing handicraft glass, furniture glass, shower room frameless door glass , architectural insulating glass, and laminated glass .

3. The whole machine for grinding glass adopts PLC touch screen control, frequency conversion speed regulation, and positioning correction configuration to ensure the parallelism and diagonal accuracy of the ground glass.

4. The main drive adopts variable frequency motor and reducer configuration.

Right angle rotary table SY- 4028

It consists of two devices: a right-angle turntable and an acceleration section. The acceleration section is configured the same as the right-angle turntable.

1. Pass the maximum glass size of 4000 * 2500mm ;

2. After processing by the upper machine, the glass enters the right-angle turntable;

3. After the right-angle turntable detects that the glass starts to enter, the green rubber roller conveyor assembly rises, and the red rubber roller in the figure conveys the glass. When the glass completely enters the right-angle turntable, a detection switch detects that the glass has been conveyed. The red rubber roller conveyor assembly descends, and the glass is carried by the synchronous belt. The synchronous belt starts, and the forward direction of the glass changes by 90 degrees. The synchronous belt conveys the glass to the lower machine.

This machine is controlled by PIC, which realizes glass transmission, pneumatic lowering of rubber rollers, and synchronous belt transmission to change the running direction of glass in sequence.
