Core Configuration This machine adopts the mature Shanghai Weihong control system for stable operation and easy operation and debugging. It is equipped with a 7.5KW water-cooled spindle, supporting pneumatic automatic tool change. The spindle speed ranges from 12000rpm to 24000rpm, matched with standard BT30 tool holders to ensure fast, stable and high-precision tool changing. It is configured with high-precision HIWIN/TBI lead screws and linear guides, paired with Inovance servo motors (X/Y axis 1.8KW, Z axis 0.75KW with brake) and a 11KW inverter. Equipped with Japan NSK P4-grade bearings and automatic 00# lithium grease lubrication system, the equipment effectively reduces wear and realizes long-term stable continuous operation.

Precision & Processing Performance The equipment delivers excellent machining accuracy with a positioning accuracy of 0.015mm/300mm, repeated positioning accuracy of 0.01mm, and overall machining accuracy of ±0.1mm/500mm, with a maximum chipping volume of only 0.3mm. It supports a processing thickness of 0.3mm-15mm and adapts to 90-125mm diameter grinding wheels. The working stroke reaches 2100×1550×170mm with a maximum machining size of 1800×1220mm. The maximum empty running speed is 20m/min and the maximum processing speed is 9m/min, achieving an optimal balance of high efficiency and high precision.

Machine Structure & Basic Parameters Built with high-strength aluminum metal bed and beam, the whole machine weighs 65000KG with strong rigidity and stability. The worktable bears a maximum load of 200KG with a table height of 1400mm for convenient loading and unloading. The overall dimension is L3360×W3900×H2220mm (including water tank). The machine adopts standard industrial power supply of AC 380V, 50Hz and 13KW total power, which is convenient for factory installation and mass production.
